Jubilee Junk Removal & Hauling LLC uses this pricing guide as a reference when estimating residential and commercial junk removal, cleanouts, single-item pickups, light demolition, and specialty removal services.
Our standard junk removal pricing is primarily based on the amount of trailer space used. Final pricing may also take into account the type and weight of the material, disposal costs, labor required, accessibility, distance, special handling, and any additional services needed to complete the job safely and properly.
Every job is different. Prices listed on this page are intended as starting points and internal guidelines rather than guaranteed quotes. Larger cleanouts, unusually heavy materials, difficult access, specialty items, or jobs requiring additional disposal fees may be priced separately.
Our goal is to keep pricing clear, consistent, and transparent while making sure each job is priced appropriately for the labor, equipment, disposal, and time involved.
Free in-person estimates are available when a job cannot be accurately priced from photos or a description.

Volume is an estimate based on the trailer’s 6' × 12' × 4' dimensions. Weight limits still apply. Dense or heavy materials may reach the trailer’s safe weight limit before the available volume is filled.
SPECIAL DISPOSAL & HANDLING FEES
Certain items require additional handling or incur separate disposal charges from local facilities. These fees are added to the standard junk removal price when applicable. Disposal costs may change, so current facility rates should be verified when quoting specialty items.

Side Note:
Hazardous materials are not included in standard junk removal pricing.
Paint, chemicals, fuels, propane cylinders, medical waste, needles, biohazards,
asbestos-containing materials, and similar regulated materials require separate approval or an appropriate disposal facility.
How We Price Jobs
Jubilee Junk Removal & Hauling uses a clear pricing system to keep estimates consistent across residential and commercial jobs.
Standard junk removal is primarily priced by the amount of space the material takes up in our 6' × 12' utility trailer. We use 1/4 trailer, 1/2 trailer, 3/4 trailer, and full trailer loads as our primary volume pricing guide.
Volume is only one part of the estimate. Final pricing may also take into account the type and weight of the material, labor required, stairs or difficult access, disassembly, disposal or recycling fees, distance, special handling, and additional services needed to complete the job.
Heavy or dense materials may reach the trailer’s safe weight limit before the available volume is filled and should be priced separately based on weight and disposal requirements.
Single-item pickups and specialty removals should be priced using the individual service guidelines in this pricing guide. Larger cleanouts or jobs that are difficult to estimate from a description should be evaluated using customer photos or an in-person estimate.
Our goal is to provide a clear price before work begins and communicate any additional charges or changes in scope with the customer before proceeding.
